Can I get an estimate over the phone?
No, unfortunately we can’t do that. There are a lot of factors involved in our giving you the most accurate proposal we can.
What are typical payment terms?
Most of our jobs are 50% deposit before work commences, and 50% at completion of the job. Of course, there are exceptions depending on the size of the job, and time involved.
Do I need a permit for my job?
It depends on the job. After a member of our sales staff visits you, they’ll be able to tell you more accurately whether a permit would need to be pulled.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. A member of our sales staff would be more than happy to come to your residence/place of business and give you an estimate on the work you need to be done.
What kinds of warranties are provided?
It depends on the job, and the brand of paint you’ll be using. Most of our paint manufacturers’ give a 7 year warranty.
Do you just do pressure washing?
Yes, we can come out to give you an estimate on pressure washing alone.
